About this shade
Sheer fabrics soften incoming daylight while allowing outdoor shapes and colors to remain visible. Their effect varies with the fabric and lighting.
Light, view and privacy
Sheers offer limited privacy. People outside may see indoors, especially at night when room lights are on. Choose a more private fabric like a translucent or semi-sheer where privacy is essential.
Understanding the fabric
Sheer is a fabric category and is not rated by a percentage. Each fabric will have a slightly different view through depending on texture and color.
