Order with total peace of mind! Add Measurement Protection to any shade for just $25 each. If you accidentally order the wrong size—even after following our measurement guide—we’ll remake and send you the correct size at no additional product cost. Simply let us know within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest. (One remake per protected shade applies. Shipping fee may apply on replacement.)
For an additional $25 per shade, you may add our Measurement Protection Program to your order. This program allows for a one-time replacement of each covered shade if you provide incorrect measurements at the time of purchase, even after following our measuring guide. Terms: -Measurement Protection must be purchased at the time of original order (not after). -Coverage applies to accidental measurement errors only—not to style, color, or product changes. -Eligible for one free remake per protected shade; additional replacements are not covered. -Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery. -The replacement will match the original product and options, but at the correct size. -Shipping charges for replacement items may apply. -We may request photos of the installed product and/or measurements before processing a claim. -To file a claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the correct measurements.
